About The Event
The Comuna 13 movement aims to make visible the actions of several inhabitants of this commune in the city of Medellín (Colombia), who have come together to generate opportunities in the neighborhood.
The artistic movement of the commune 13 is not given by inertia. That is why, along with resilience and community tourism, so many local people talk about empowerment. How citizens manage, with or without institutional aid.
"At least we are no longer invisible to the world," says Daniel Quiceno, Perrograff.
The Graffitour in Comuna 13, Medellín, is a journey full of color and imagination, which allows to know the history and artistic proposals of a new generation that is in search of art and progress.
